The Philips Respironics Elbow (with Swivel) for DreamWear Series CPAP Masks is the replacement Elbow with Swivel designed for use with all DreamWear Family CPAP & BiPAP Masks including DreamWear Full Face, DreamWear Nasal,  DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillow CPAP Masks, and DreamWisp Nasal CPAP Mask .This elbow attaches to the opening on the top of all DreamWear CPAP Mask frames.
